Newly refurbished house

Hey all, I just moved into a new place and am looking for a roommate to split the rent. It’s a newly refurbished house located in West Monroe right next to Trapp’s. Rent when split would be $675/month with another $150 or so for utilities making it around $850-$900/month per person. Again, that’s the rent you would pay after it’s split. I’ve had some confusion on that point. Room comes with its own bathroom and an off street parking spot. Let me know if you’re interested and we can set up a time for you to check it out.
