Oceanside room available September 1! Private room, private bathroom, access to kitchen and shared living space, on laundry and pool, assigned parking space. 12-month lease, $1400/month, utilities included. The condo is a 2 bed/2 bath. The master bedroom is occupied by a couple (Kristian + Andrian) and our two dogs (Harley, 3-year-old mini goldendoodle + Nala, 2-year-old Doberman). We’re big dog people and are definitely open to adding another pet to the mix if they are potty trained and get along with other dogs! If it’s the right fit, we’ll even help take your dog out for potty runs and give them love while you’re out of the house. A little about us: I am Kristian (31) a bartender and full-time student. I work weekend afternoons and evenings. Come fall, I will also be gone during school hours during the week. I like to skate, ride my e-bike, play video games, hang with the dogs, and trade Pokemon Andrian (28) is a full-time nanny out of the home every weekday from 8am-5pm. She coaches and performs in the theatre community some evenings and weekends. She likes to play the piano, walk with the dogs, act in plays, new restaurants, and watch movies. Our current roommate is moving out of state for a work opportunity. We are happy to see him taking his next steps but so sad to be losing him! We love the vibes here now, and maintaining that dynamic is what’s most important to us. We are clean, respectful, fun-loving people, and we’d love to find someone we can be friends with! Open to another couple taking the spot for an additional cost
