Roommate Wanted in River Grove

Hello! I am seeking a roommate to move into the spacious primary bedroom of my apartment in River Grove. These photos are from the landlord, so be aware that your room would not come furnished. The living room is currently about half furnished, with couches and a bookshelf but no coffee table. There are many amenities included, from a dishwasher and washer/dryer to an ensuite bathroom and access to the apartment complex’s gym. Water and internet are included as a part of rent, but be aware that electric and gas are a separate fee. We could talk through that arrangement, I am happy to go 50/50. I am a working professional who is not often home, but when I am home I am quiet, clean, and organized. I’m not a fussy roommate, so I can work with you so long as I don’t feel like you’re intentionally disrespecting me:) I would very much prefer to room with a woman, particularly a woman on the younger side, but give me a shout if you’re interested regardless— straight men discouraged, but not unwelcome. The lease you’d be signing would go through the end of October, 2027, and you could move into whenever you’d like so long as my landlord approves you. My former roommate has moved out, so you’d be totally welcome to sublet till the lease officially begins.
