Hello, I’m renting out 1 bedroom and 1 bath in a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath apartment. Rent is $750 plus 1/2 way split of internet. Rent includes all other utilities! I am a 33 year old male who enjoys a peaceful home. Open to male or female roommates. Also, I don’t have pics of the room just yet because I will be moving in on the 22nd
