Big Teddy Bear Looking for a Room

Greetings! I'm a guy looking for a room in the Everett area or points north. I am able to work from home but would like to be close to transit since I don't own a car at the moment (working on that though). Schedule is 7:00 to 6:00 for work. I'm pretty laid back, clean, respectful and willing to do chores or pet duty as needed. I've done some tabletop RPG stuff and hope to get back into that. I love to bake and it shows. I've got a good imagination and sense of humor. Open to age (yeah, I'm on the older side *gasp*), gender, race, etc. I'm lgbtq+ friendly. Feel free to ask anything. $800 is where is like to be at but can negotiate a tiny bit.
