Furnished and Unfurnished Rooms

I have two rooms (one furnished and one unfurnished) available in a safe and family oriented neighborhood in Tuckahoe VA. The house has driveway parking, a fenced in backyard, shared bathroom and living spaces, plenty of storage in basement, and a furnished patio. I currently live in the house and my former roommate is moving out of the unfurnished room around early September. I am clean, responsible, and courteous. I am seeking the same in a roommate. Please no couples or smokers (I get drug tested at work).
