It’s a ~2,200 sf unit (3 bed/2bath) with tons of storage, a great view of LA, and in unit washer/dryer. There are two of us living here, and we’re looking for a 3rd to help out on rent. Water is included in rent. Utilities are roughly $80-100 a month but we just split it evenly and I cover the fiber/wifi bill. We’re both working professionals. I work at a private engineering firm and my other roommate is a lab technician. We’re looking for a 3rd, clean, and reliable roommate. Steady job, no additional pets unfortunately. I have a small maltipoo but often take her when I travel for work. Large kitchen with commercial hood, pool table, enclosed tatami room right off the living room.
