Rent is $3600 plus utilities for everything but plan to split either 2 or 3 ways (so either $1800 or $1200, depending on our preference) Washer, dryer, and dishwasher included. Backyard (not fenced in) Plenty of "extra" space (large living room and dining room) and storage available in the basement. Kids room is an old picture - no kids living there now:) Off street and on street parking available. I'm a 37 year old professional who likes a clean apartment and friendly atmosphere, but I often keep to myself. Landlord is approachable and responsive. Pets are allowed. (And I love animals!)
