Roomate badly needed

I moved here with my girlfriend but she missed family and was stressed out so she didn’t want a relationship anymore, she’s breaking the lease and moving back, I really need a roomate, it’s a 1 bedroom, so we could easily communicate how that would work, it’s a nice place with no real issues
