- I like cats but don't have any pets
- I don't drink or smoke or do drugs
- I've written a book on WWII
- I like to go for nature hikes, bike rides, and other outdoor stuff
- I can provide a great reference from a prior landlord
- I'm a pretty good cook and don't mind sharing
- My Internet startup will go live in August
