Hi everyone! I’m looking for a roommate for a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment at Stratford Hills Apartments (Address: 700 Bolinwood Dr, Chapel Hill, NC 27514) for the year starting Fall 2026.
Move in date: 2nd August, 2026
Rent would be around $812.50 plus utilities. The apartment will be unfurnished which comes with the in-unit washer/ dryer with free parking spot.
Distance from UNC campus:15–20 minute walk
