I’m looking for a roommate to occupy one of the bedrooms in this beautiful 3bdr/2bath townhome. Your room is furnished and you will have your own bathroom and a huge is on request. The house is a townhome with a nice patio and backyard, you have one parking spot on the driveway. It is located within Berkshire Lakes, right next to Publix, Athletica, banks, shops and off of exit 105. The community has a gym, pool, pickeball, bocce and many more. We are looking for a MALE, CLEAN, QUIET and respectful roommate who would stay for at least a year or more. This is a very nice and quiet neighbourhood, and don’t like drama. The community does not allow smoking anywhere and I also prefer the house to be smoke free. No pets either. $1000/ month which includes water as well. Your only cost is the $30 internet that includes cable as well and electricity which is between $20-$40 per month per person.
