Seeking a new tenant for my roommates sub-lease; moving out hopefully right before August due to new job so if you need a new place urgently even better. Great property, roommates, and location in the city right next to the L and in walking distance near beach. No pets or children sorry. Landlord just raised the rent for the first time since I moved in 2023 so it should stay at its current rate for quite some time
