Private bedroom in Port Credit

One of our roommates is moving out and we're looking for someone to take his old room for August 1! The whole apartment is furnished and equipped with everything you need - you'd only need to furnish your bedroom. We're across the street from the Port Credit Go Station, making a commute downtown efficient and cheap. We are also just a block away from the parks, waterfront, stores, and restaurants that create the Port Credit charm. Happy to send more photos to those interested. My roommate and I are young professionals and have pretty active lives. We're looking for someone respectful, clean, and responsible. We all take turns doing the chores and will expect our new roommate to do their part. Not a weed friendly apartment, but there is a smoking area just outside on the main floor. There's no parking, and laundry room is located on the third floor. Serious inquiries only, will not respond to "is this available?"
