* About 10 minutes from RIT. About us: We are a young deaf couple. I currently student at RIT. My partner working full time overnight. (Heads up) My family love to visit me often. They will more likely stay by fews night, I have small spare room which is fit 1-2 person. We prefer renting to a student attending RIT or the University of Rochester. We welcome renters of any gender. We have one cat, so we prefer someone who is comfortable living with pets. Sorry, no additional pets. Lease: One-year lease starting August 1.
