Hello everyone! I'm renting out a bedroom in my two story townhome starting August 1st. Just to be clear, I'm renting out a bedroom with 2 other roommates staying in the others. The rent is $1050/month plus utilities. The room includes a spacious walk-in closet and shared bathroom. If interested, the application fee is $47, which covers criminal background and credit checks. If approved, the application fee will be credited towards the first month’s rent. The security deposit is the monthly rental amount and will be paid back upon ending of the lease. There is parking; the garage, driveway, and street parking. No pets allowed! Ideally looking for longer term rental with the minimum being 6 months.
