I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Rive for the 2026–2027 lease term, starting August 20, 2026.
Apartment Details:
Furnished 2x2 apartment (shared room)
Rent is $1,080/month + utilities
About a 15-minute walk to SDSU
Private shuttle to campus every 15 minutes
In-unit washer & dryer
Two pools, full gym, study spaces, and parking
Markets, restaurants, and gas stations within walking distance
Individual lease — you’re only responsible for your portion
Bonus: I’ll pay half your first month’s rent if you take over my lease!
