The apartment is AVAILABLE AUGUST 1, 2026 for move-in. The room itself is furnished with a bed/ mattress. The living room is furnished and the apartment has a washer and dryer. The only thing extra to pay is electric and internet (split). Water and trash are included in rent. We are young professionals. The apartment is close to Universal Studios, Publix, Walmart, and much more. We are seeking a guy/girl who is clean and respectable. The apartment complex has 2 pools --one is right downstairs. We are looking for someone who can stay at least 3 months. Must see to appreciate.
