My sister Melanie whos 35 years old is renting her two rooms. The house was build 3 years ago and it's a 2 story house. This room is located in the 2nd floor and the bathroom is shared. The house has 2 living rooms and one of them its for the tenant to use. Also fregirator is provided for the tenant to use. The secure deposit it's the same as the rent and bills are included.
