Your room: the ground level measures 9x18 feet and the loft level measures 9x8 feet.
(Furniture and wall shelving in the pictures can be used or discarded). Kitchen and bath are shared (two other roommates). Lease duration is one year with $1250 security deposit and first month's rent due at signing ($2,500 total due at move-in).
In addition you pay 1/3 of electricity and internet (typically around $60/month).
