Hey everyone! 24. Recent grad from DePaul. Relocating to NYC from Puerto Rico and plan to land in early to mid-August. Looking for a room in an existing apartment in Brooklyn or Queens — ideally Bushwick, Ridgewood, Bed-Stuy, Crown Heights, Astoria, Sunnyside, or Jackson Heights. A bit about me: I’m an actor, and mucisian, and I'm also working in real estate under a brokerage, and during the week, I also host and wait tables. Clean, respectful, easygoing, and genuinely looking to be part of a household, not just pay rent and disappear. Schedule's flexible — working service industry shifts plus auditions and real estate showings during the day. Budget: $900-1,200/month including utilities
Move-in: flexible between August 1-20
