Hi, looking for a private bedroom & bathroom for rent starting July 1 for myself, Tito, and Penny (Tito is the tuxedo cat, Penny is his best friend and a Chihuahua mix). Max rent: $1500 plus utilities
Room can be furnished or unfurnished. I work full time and am transferring to our tiny DTLA office from SFV.
