Rent & Move-In Costs ● Total monthly rent for the home: $2,060 ● If shared by two people, rent is $1,030 per person, plus utilities. ● If shared by three people, rent is approximately $686.67 per person, plus utilities. ● Security deposit and background check required. ● Utilities are not included. ● No pets, please.
