A small to medium room with a full size bed,dresser, nightstand and closet. shared bathroom is in the hallway it will be yours and the other roommates as all utilities included kitchen is up for grabs living room as well parking is a hit or miss since it's a small little community not far from a bus stop for Tropicana or Boulder highway. Since there is a female that lives here I must take into consideration her safety and opinion on who I rent out the other room
