This is a lovely, fully furnished townhome located just 2 miles from campus on South Pine Island Road. It is part of a community of townhouses with guest parking, a gated swimming pool, tennis courts, and a lake. Close to convenient landmarks like Walmart & Publix. Rent is $1325/mo and includes all utilities and high-speed internet! Move in is available on August 1st for a 12-month lease. The house used to be an Airbnb, so there is plenty of supplies: Roku TVs, washer/dryer, cookware, linens, cleaning items, glasses/dishes, etc. The kitchen was updated recently and a brand new dishwasher was installed. While the townhouse easily accommodates two people, there is only one bedroom. I’ve converted the living room into a second bedroom so that both residents can enjoy their own space. Have your pick!
