Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in Burlington for the upcoming school year (August 20th through next May) as I am transferring out of UVM. It's a room in a 4 bed 2 bath housing unit. The three other girls are wonderful, very outdoorsy, and easy to get along with. The house is about ~ 15 minute walk from UVM campus, ~5 minutes from downtown Burlington. Free and easily accessible street parking outside. $1,112/month including utilities. Looking for women only.
