I am about to get a divorce and am looking to rent a room. Prefer to be able to pay $300 to $400 twice a month to break it down per paycheck at least the first 2 months then after that the total amount once per month is fine. I am respectful, clean and work full time.

I need a room with private bath. Due to where I work I need it in Largo or Seminole or clearwater or clearwater beach areas. Tampa is way to far, safety harbor and st pete are a bit too far as well. I have a girlfriend who will visit regularly but only rarely stay over. Willing to pay $250 every week equaling $1000 per month. Will also consider a private studio apt or whole 1 bedroom apartment. Looking for long term.
