*For location purposes Mountain States Toyota* Rent includes: WiFi, utilities and trash. Cleaning lady comes biweekly to clean the common areas (kitchen/bathrooms) this fee is also included in rent. On street parking. *Storage for seasonal items such as kayak, paddle board, snow board, bicycle etc (within reason) can be stored for a small additional fee. NO PETS (4 cats live in home)
NO CIGARETTE SMOKERS (preferably) Single occupant (preferred)
