Hi, my name is Dorothy. I am a 31-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. I have two private rooms and a private bathroom available in a shared townhouse. You would also have 1 of the 2 spots in the garage. The monthly rent is $1300 and utilities average $100-$200per person/per month. The townhouse is fully furnished with one of the rooms currently having a queen size bed and the other having an office set up. Both rooms can be emptied if needed. I do have a 3 year old bulldog mix named King. He is super friendly and would love someone that enjoys cuddling with him.
