Grad Student Looking for Roomate

My name is Sam and I'm looking for a roommate to fill a vacancy at my 2-bedroom apartment (lease is 26 July 2026 to 25 July 2027). Next year I'll be going into my second year of graduate school at ISU, so I'm looking for someone clean, quiet, and responsible to live with as I often work/study from home. Total rent is $775/ month. Since the vacant room is a bit smaller, I think a $360/$415 split is fair. The location is 4518 Hutchison which is right across a bus stop, roughly a 10 minute ride to campus. Also included are in-building coin-op washer/dryer, a washing machine, and onsite parking.
