Looking to rent a private room

I'm looking to rent a private room with a private bathroom. The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed. The room includes a walk-in closet. The rent is $800.00 per month. This includes utilities. First and last month's rent is due at move in. No pets are permitted this is non-negotiable. You have full access to the kitchen as long as it is cleaned after each use.
