Roommate Needed ASAP

Hello, I am a 31 year old professional seeking a new roommate to move into the larger bedroom of a spacious apartment in the Hillside Gardens complex in Rockaway, NJ.
Young professional preferred
NO SMOKERS and NO PETS per apartment management policy. My former roommate needed to move out during the current lease period. I am looking for someone to move in ASAP and commit to the remainder of the lease ending 8/31/26, with the option to renew for another year. All common areas of the apartment are fully furnished, with many amenities including hardwood floors, dishwasher, oven / stove, microwave, large fridge, etc. Parking is free in assigned parking spaces next to the building.
Washer / dryer and large storage units are provided in the same building. The apartment is in close proximity to I-80, I-287, the Rockaway Mall, Denville Train Station with service to NYC, and many local towns including Denville, Boonton, Morristown, etc.
