Looking for a LGBT friendly roomate

My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to essentially rent out our spare bedroom. There's a full bathroom that can be yours, and a walk in closet in the room you'll have. Shared kitchen, living room, laundry room, and balcony. 500$ a month, will cover utilities/other apartment expenses. 2 week phase, after which we'll have to sign you onto lease. Bedroom will be unfurnished. I work nights, and get home at 7am. My boyfriend is on disability so he will be home, we have 2 cats. Looking for someone friendly and respectful of the space.
