Dana Point Bedroom/Bathroom $1500

Hello, I have a large room for rent in my 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Dana Point that is available for immediate move in. Asking $1500 plus a $1500 security deposit that can be spilt up if need be. Utilities are included in the rent. I work 24-48 hour shifts so I am gone a lot so you will have the place to yourself a lot of the time but I do need to be able to sleep before the shifts so this is not a party house. Must be responsible and clean up after yourself. No smoking and no drugs. Let me know if you’re interested.
