Looking for a roommate to finish my 10-month lease. Prefer someone with reliable income and who is quiet, as I live in a quiet neighborhood. You’ll have your own room and bathroom, and the apartment has an in-unit laundry. Your portion will include half the rent, Wi-Fi, and water bill.
