Looking for Roomate

Hi everyone! My name is Joe and I am a 22 year old nature fanatic currently living in Ohio. I’m here, looking for a couple of roommates (male or female) that I can vibe with in St. George, Utah. If you’re interested at all, please feel free to read through this post and DM me any questions or concerns at all regarding living with me—I’m an open book! I am a work-focused, clean person and I take my health and sleep quite seriously. Given that I have a cat, I certainly need roommates that will be okay with everything that comes with living with a pet, and will hopefully be responsible animal lovers. For work, I am a painter. My father owns a painting business, so I’ve basically worked with him on and off for my whole life. I’m also working on building a web service business, but painting is my main thing right now. Making videos is a hobby of mine, so huge bonus points if you’re someone who does social media or video creation as a hobby—that’s definitely something that would help us get along! Probably looking to move into a 3 or 4 bedroom place, as I’d like to be around 750/month per person, and want to live in a safe area. In all honesty, I have yet to visit St. george so I’m not too familiar with it, but I’d definitely fly out beforehand so we can get to know each other. My goal is to move in less than a year (probably about 6 months) and am starting the search now so that I can make sure that I have roommates that get along well. I don’t care if you’re a guy or a girl btw, I just care about whether or not we would get along.
