Summer Lease Takeover

Hi! I’m looking for someone (ideally female!) to take over my lease in UDistrict at The Standard Seattle starting June 1st or July 1st through August 31st. I have a private room and bathroom in a 4bed/3bath. All roommates are female students in their early 20s. The unit is furnished with in-unit laundry. The building has lots of amenities including a pool, gym, sauna, and sun deck! My rent is $1510/month + utilities and I am willing to pay the lease transfer fee ($500) for you! I’m moving to New York for grad school and do not need my apartment for the summer:)
