Enjoy your own private room and bathroom in a fully furnished townhome in Grandview, MO with direct access to I-71, making it easy to get to Kansas City, Leawood, Overland Park, Lee’s Summit, Belton, and other nearby areas. Rent is $800 per month and includes all utilities: water, electricity, gas, sewer, trash, and Wi-Fi. Free parking and security patrol are also included. Earliest move-in date is June 15th. There is a $50 application fee and a $300 refundable security deposit. The security deposit will be returned at the end of the lease, provided the room is left in good condition with no damages beyond normal wear and tear. The home and bedroom are fully furnished, making move-in simple and stress-free. A little about me: I work full-time as a Medical Assistant and will be starting medical school this summer.
