Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over a room in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment starting around July 25th (possibly a few days earlier). Rent: $1399/month (utilities not included, they fluctuate each month) Apartment Details: * Private bedroom & bathroom
* Shared kitchen and living space
* In-unit washer & dryer
* Unfurnished bedroom (you’ll need to bring your own furniture)
* Living room has a couch, but otherwise common areas are minimally furnished
* Pet-friendly (small additional fee—around $10/month for non-service animals) About me:
I’m a student and also work full-time, so I’m in and out pretty often. When I’m home, I’m usually pretty laid-back—gaming, relaxing, or just doing my own thing. I’m respectful of shared spaces and like to keep things reasonably clean. I also have a cat, so you’d need to be okay with pets! What I’m looking for: * Someone clean and respectful (especially in shared spaces)
* Responsible with rent and communication
* Chill, easygoing personality—good vibes matter
