Hey y'all, my roommate Traci & I are looking for responsible and working females to share this cozy, humble home with. We are students/working girls, we are very clean, respectful, LGBTQ+ Friendly, & Pet Friendly. The house itself, is extremely cozy and peaceful we're surround by 3 beautiful parks in Rosedale (In between South Denver and Englewood) we are also minutes from downtown and 3 minutes from Englewood. Our lease ends on May 31st, we will be renewing for the 2026/2027 year. Move in Asap. If you have any questions, or interested just shoot me a message and we can schedule a tour:) The room that is available the person occupying it, is in the process of moving out.
