This is a private bedroom with its own bathroom in a well maintained four bedroom family home located in Upland, California. The home is in a quiet, safe gated community that offers plenty of parking and access to a community pool. The neighborhood is peaceful and well cared for, making it a great place to relax and feel at home. The house offers shared common areas and a comfortable layout that provides both privacy and a sense of community. The room is available starting in April 2026 (now).
