I’m 37, male, straight, full-time job (standard 8-5, sometimes later and on weekends). I work out, enjoy trying new restaurants/bars/food spots, occasionally going out, but I’m equally content staying in and keeping things low-key. Looking for a roommate with a full-time job who’s trustworthy, active and fun but also knows how to lay low and respect the space. Can afford the space. Someone easygoing and like-minded — we can hang occasionally or do our own thing, no pressure. I’ve got a luxury apartment lined up in Plaza (so metro/downtown... not suburbs) and ready (lease signing soon). We’ll split rent evenly — about $1,200–$1,300 each — and I'll need to re-up on couches and furnish the living room, etc. on move in. Shoot me a message.
