Hey, I’m Gabe. I am a 24 year old army veteran. I’m relocating to Nashville at the end of April for work and looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay. I have steady income (VA + full-time job), so rent will always be paid on time. I’m very respectful, keep my space clean, and easy to get along with. During the week I stay on a solid routine usually up early, gym, work, then home to cook dinner and relax with a movie or a few games. On the weekends I like to get out when I can watch sports, be outdoors, or explore around Nashville like dive bars and live music but I also enjoy a chill, low key environment at home. I’m social and easygoing, but I respect personal space and like living with people who are the same way. Overall just looking for a good, drama free place with positive, respectful people. Open to building friendships out of the roommate situation!
