Peaceful condo community. 1280 sq ft. Renting out 2nd room. 2 bed, 1.5 bath, in Tri City area (Oceanside, Vista, Carlsbad), conveniently located near many stores and off the 78 freeway.
Welcome to friendly, comfortable roommate. I, myself, am clean, work from home (office space downstairs), do not own pets or have a family.
Open to new roommate with a pet (details to be discussed), roommate also working from home, and shared laundry space.
Large bedroom with closet, place comes with own parking spot, and the location is a friendly, peaceful community. Would prefer non-smoking.
Rent will be (agreed) flat rate + 50% utilities for the previous month.
