Roomate wanted

There are 4 rooms. Two of my roommates are moving out after many years here. I am looking for 2 roommate’s. The first room is available around the end of July 2026. The second room is available anytime between August-October 2026 I’m looking for someone fun, & responsible. Rent is $1500/mo with a $500 security deposit. Utilities and WiFi are included. There’s plenty of street parking, plus an in-house washer & dryer. The room is unfurnished, has a closet, and the bathroom is shared with one person. There is a large pool, Jacuzzi, park, & tennis court across the street. No pets. Message me if interested:)
