Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP for June-Aug, with the option to move in during May for free.

I live in a 4x4 (all-girls unit).

My name is Ariel, and I’m subleasing my private bedroom and private bathroom in a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartment at Lark. The apartment is close to UCF and convenient for getting to campus.

The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, shared living space, and in-unit washer and dryer. The roommates are girls.

Rent is $860/month plus utilities (around $50/month).
