Attention Incoming summer!! I’m a current student at FSU looking for someone to sublease my cute little apartment after the spring semester! It’s a 4x4 with the 4 super sweet girls! I will be finishing the semester up around May 1st and the lease ends in August. It would be perfect for anyone planning on doing summer term at FSU or TSC. It has a wonderful leasing office with super helpful staff, A beautiful pool which I study by all the time. The bathroom is HUGE and it comes with the bed, nice closet desk and it’s also fully furnished with a cute little kitchen and living room. The rent is around $864 +amenities which is a super good price here in Tallahassee for college apartments. I’m willing to negotiate on price for anyone interested!
