Hi there, i’m looking for someone to take over my lease. I’m moving because of work and will be out by the end of April (23rd or 24th). The lease can start on 05/01/26. Washer and Dryer is included on the property. The house is a cottage like set up attached to the main house with all utilities/wifi and water/garbage included. Ample street parking and your own spot on the property. You would have one roomate who is very clean and respectful. If interested, please call or text anytime. There’s a background check of $30 for all interested applicants. This is a prime location about 7 minutes driving from downtown La Jolla and about 5 minutes or less driving to Pacific beach.
