Urgent: Looking for a female roommate to share a bedroom in North Davis (near Safeway). There are 3 people in total living in the apartment right now (including me) and I need a roommate. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom.
Rent: $468.75 + PG&E (~$16–30/month)
Lease: April 1 – August 1, 2026
Apartment includes: in-unit washer/dryer, free parking, living room, kitchen, and back patio
Location: ~10–15 min bike to UC Davis, close to Safeway, downtown, and Unitrans lines You’ll be sharing a room with me + living with 2 other roommates. We’re clean, respectful, and pretty chill (LGBTQ+/420/alcohol friendly).
