I’m about to buy a home in South Austin (Westgate / Garrison Park) and am looking to line up potential roommates. If one of my current offers closes, the setup would be: 2 bedrooms available
1 shared bathroom (between 2 tenants)
1 additional room set up as [REDACTED] an attached bathroom. This is ideal for someone who works from home and wants a separate workspace instead of working out of their bedroom. The office could also be split between two tenants if needed. Trying to get a sense of what people are looking for—open to feedback and discussion.
